This is a 4 week foundation programme to give you a good base to work on. To start you off on the journey of moving better, performing better but most importantly feeling better.

Going away from the traditional bodybuilder splits in the gym - this programme is designed to develop your whole body. To get the body stronger, more mobile and ready for whatever your life and sport throws at you.

10 Minutes Athletic Based Warm-Ups (Mobility, Plyometrics etc.)

​20 Minutes Strength Work: Deadlifts,, Bench Press, Lunges, Chins and all Different Variations

10 Minutes Lower Body Accessory:

Getting the legs robust and moving in all different directions. 

10 Minutes Upper Body Accessory: 

Getting a pump on but also making that upper body strong for anything.

 

10 Minutes core/spinal mobility 

3 Main Days with 2 Optional Conditioning Days
